Design of charging circuit

The switch tube (chopper tube) of charging control selects POWER MOFFETIRF4905. This tube is a P-channel MOFFET tube with small on-resistance, RON=20mΩ, maximum on-state current ID=74A (conditional temperature 25℃, VGS=-10V), fast switching speed and good switching performance. When the gate-source voltage of this tube is VGS<-8.0V, this tube has good switching performance as a switch tube. And because this tube is a P-channel, it is easy to select the reference voltage at a point, and the reliability of the system will be greatly improved. MBR2060 is a Schottky diode with a forward voltage drop of 0.3V and a maximum on-current of 20A, which fully meets the system requirements. The function of this diode is to prevent reverse charging, that is, when the voltage of the battery is higher than the voltage of the solar cell, the diode is cut off, preventing the reverse charging of the battery to the solar cell.
