First test the solar power regulator manipulator. Check whether the controller is damaged or not damaged due to the influence of transportation. If there is obvious damage, please contact the company. Open the panel of the controller, check whether there is wire feeding or falling off due to the influence of transportation, and fasten all the terminal screws with a screwdriver. Open the control panel, check whether the screws connecting the copper bar and the thyristor module are loose, and fasten the screws.
Next, check the solar power regulator transformer. For applications where the primary side of the transformer is regulated, simply check the transformer before use. Disconnect the connection between the primary side and the secondary side of the transformer, and use a multimeter to check that the resistance of the primary side to the secondary side, the primary side to the ground, and the secondary side to the ground should not be less than 1M ohms. Detect whether the clamping screw of the transformer is loose, and whether the silicon rigid sheet is loose, and fasten the bolt.
Then detect the load of the solar regulator, disconnect the power supply and the load in the furnace, and use a multimeter to measure whether the resistance of the heating wire to the ground meets the requirements. Once two points are short-circuited to the ground, it will cause the three-phase current and voltage to be uneven, and an overcurrent alarm will occur, and it will cause damage to the controller. Check whether the heating wire in the furnace is disconnected or loose.
